Community Investment Fund (CIF)
Established in 2023, the APOS Community Investment Fund (CIF) is a matched grant program, through which the Alberta Professional Outfitters Society (APOS) matches monetary donations made by our members to community causes. Our outfitters help whenever they can in their local communities, and it is our pleasure to support them in these efforts.

Please note that all applications must be submitted with a proof of donation, and with the understanding that photo updates will be required upon completion.
Eligibility and Granting Process
Our CIF has three intakes per year. You may submit an application at any time, and it will be reviewed at the end of the current intake period.
Any APOS member is eligible to apply for a matched grant through the CIF, provided that the recipient organization/cause is relevant to the CIF scope, and that the donation was cash or tangible goods and can be verified with a receipt.
You must submit your application with a proof of donation. If approved, the recipient organization will receive a cheque from APOS in the same amount as the outfitter’s contribution.
